Mike Yanke- 2,000 Laid Off By Former Search Engine Giant Yahoo!
As part of a larger restructuring effort, one-time search engine giant Yahoo! has announced plans to lay-off 2,000 employees.   Per a quote picked up by Search Engine Land, Yahoo! expects to realize approximately $375 million of annualized savings upon completion of all employee transitions.
